Join us for CrossFit Krypton’s Training Camp V.2 on January 18th and 19th with Ben Smith, Adam Klink, and some of the other Krypton team! You will leave with a greater understanding and knowledge of the sport that will help you progress forward on your CrossFit journey! There are no skill requirements or pre-requisites to attend. We welcome any and all skill levels!
